Unipatch quality system is certified by NQA, to comply with the internationally recognized quality standard ISO 9001:2008.

The Quality Policy focuses on quality as the essential ingredient of every aspect of management, production, sales and customer care, in order to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations.

We therefore

Maintain a quality management system that meets requirements of the ISO 9001-2008 standard.
Ensure that all employees are sufficiently trained and equipped to fulfill the requirements of the quality policy, procedures, and objectives.
Document objectively measure and summarize quality & performance as necessary to identify, correct, and improve the effectiveness and compliance to the standards.
Conduct periodic management reviews of the quality management system towards continually improving its effectiveness in achieving objectives.
Our quality policy, is enunciated in quality manual, a copy of which can be made available on request.
